Welcome

In the year 2014, we celebrate 39 years of service to Wisconsin area educators. Courses are offered by McPherson College, a four year liberal arts institution affiliated with the Church of the Brethren. The college is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and schools, and the Milwaukee Off-Campus Center was granted continuing approval to operate by North Central as the result of its most recent evaluation in 2005.

The program at the Milwaukee Center is monitored by a set system of quality controls. Program evaluation is done by the Continuing Education Director, the Vice President of Academic Services, and the Educational Policy Committee which is composed of faculty and administration. Since 1990, the program and courses are also approved by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

A bachelor's degree is the minimum prerequisite for these courses designed for educators. The courses may be used for professional growth and D.P.I. license renewal requirements. We always recommend that you follow your school district and/or state policies for course approval. Transfer of credits should be approved by the receiving institution.

To request transcripts for the classes you have completed, click here to open an Adobe Acrobat document in a new browser window (requires the free Adobe Acrobat Reader) that contains the transcript request form. Print the form, fill in the blanks, and mail the form with proper payment to the address indicated on the form. After printing the form, close the new window and you should return to this page.

McPherson College, the Milwaukee Continuing Education Center staff, and your instructors wish you nothing but the best for the upcoming school year. It is always our hope that your experiences at McPherson will be beneficial in your education of today's youth.
