Mindfulness and the Creative Arts explores mindfulness and the arts with an emphasis on the creative capacities of the teenage brain. Learn about the unique physiology of the teenage brain and how you can most effectively relate to teens. Explore the arts as a means of enhancing your own creative expression. Experience mindfulness practices, including mindful movement, that can be utilized both to promote balance and wholeness in the lives of the students with whom you work and in your own life as well.
