General Course Information
CREDIT:
Courses are three or one semester credits.
McPherson College and the Wisconsin D.P.I. require a minimum of 750
contact minutes per credit with appropriate outside assignments. Lunch
and break times are selected by the instructors.
TIME:
One Credit Courses (noted as such in the schedule)
Day one 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and day two 7:30 a.m. – 12: 30 p.m. /or/
Three Wednesdays 4:30 p.m.- 9:00 p.m.
Three Credit Courses (all other courses)
March 3-24 meet Wednesdays 4:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. & Saturdays 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
One week courses meet Monday – Friday meet 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
COST:
Tuition and material fees
for three credit courses are $425.00.
Tuition and material fees for one credit courses are $175.00.
TRANSCRIPT:
Students will receive one official transcript
at the completion of their spring and summer course work. Additional copies may be obtained
from the Office of the Registrar at the College in Kansas at a cost of
$8 each.
STAFF:
Our teaching staff
is composed of area school district educators and
administrators who have shown a high degree of expertise in an area of
current educational interest. All staff are approved by the Director of
Continuing Education at McPherson College and by the Wisconsin D.P.I. A
master’s degree is the minimum requirement for our instructors.
