REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
INTERNET
Students may register online for spring courses starting February 15, 2008 and summer
courses starting March 15, 2008.
It is recommended that students register using the Internet as it increases
the probability of getting into the course(s) of choice. Visit our web site and
use the "Register Online" option. Enter your information and select a password.
Remember to keep a record of your password because the College does not have
access to that information. The password allows you to check the status
of your enrollment and payment
Next, select your course(s)
based on the openings listed below the data entry fields. After entering
the information, print your confirmation form, fill it out and return it
to the Milwaukee Center office with payment. Courses are not confirmed
until payment is received.

Registration forms in this catalog and on the web site may be submitted via MAIL,
FAX or EMAIL NO EARLIER THAN February 20, 2008 for spring courses and
March 20, 2008 for summer
courses.

For mail, fax or email registrations, RANK classes you are interested
in taking, in order of preference (#1 for your first choice, #2 for your
second choice, etc.) for the weeks you are available. We will make every
effort to enroll you in the course(s) you request. Students who register
by mail, fax or email will receive a confirmation/billing form by mail.
TUITION AND MATERIAL FEES
No deposit is required to register.
Tuition and material fees for each three-credit course are
$410 ($175 for each one-credit course)
payable by cashier's check, money order, personal check, MasterCard
or Visa. Tuition and material fees are due AT LEAST two weeks before
the start of each course. Payments received less than two weeks before
the start of class are assessed a $25.00 late payment fee. You are
NOT CONFIRMED in the course(s) until payment is received and processed.
Students should visit the web site and click on "Check Enrollment Status"
to confirm payment was received and processed. Payment must be mailed
with your completed confirmation/billing form to finalize your registration
CONFIRMATION FORM
Students who register online should print their confirmation form
after entering their data, complete the questions on the form and mail
the signed form with payment to the Milwaukee Center address listed below.
We will mail the course confirmation/billing form to students who
register by mail, fax, email or telephone. No additional registration
is required the first day of class.

ADDITIONAL CLASS INFORMATION
Student Information Booklets are mailed to participants at least two weeks
before the start of class. The booklet lists class dates, time, driving
directions to class sites, room assignments and materials needed for class.
ADDING, CHANGING, OR DROPPING A CLASS
Once a student is registered, all course changes must be completed
through the Milwaukee Center. Requests should be submitted in writing
via mail, fax or email. If a student drops a portion, or all, of their
class schedule, A FULL RETURN WILL BE MADE IF NOTIFICATION IS RECEIVED
AT LEAST TWO WEEKS before the first day of the cancelled class. Students
adding, changing, dropping or paying for courses less than two weeks
before the class starts will be assessed a $25 processing fee.

photocopied for distribution to fellow educators. Additional information
and registration forms are also available on our web site.
NEW COURSES
We are continually looking for new instructors and courses of value to
area educators and administrators. If you have a master's degree and
would be interested in developing a course for McPherson College, please
call Lorraine Lahdenpera at 262-549-2180 for more information. Course
proposals for the following summer are due by October 1 each year.
